Job Responsibility:
Preparing project briefs and tracking project milestones
Liaising with contractors and design teams
Contributing to risk management and programme updates
Preparing meeting minutes and progress reports
Supporting contract administration tasks
Requirements:
Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline
1-3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
Previous healthcare or retail sector experience advantageous
Strong presentation and communication skills
Enthusiastic about pursuing professional accreditation
