Job Description:

A Birmingham-based property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager to join their Midlands team. The Assistant Project Manager will work across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, and commercial. This role offers excellent training, full APC support and career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Support the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion
Prepare reports
Track progress
Coordinate with contractors
Gain valuable experience across all project stages

Requirements:

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management, or related field
1+ years’ consultancy experience
Working towards RICS/APM
Strong communication and time management skills
Keen to develop within the Birmingham property sector
