Assistant Project Manager for Project & Development Services. Supporting the team to ensure project success from initiation to completion, involving fit-outs and refurbishments across various sectors. Responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating vendors, preparing documentation, and delivering on budget and timeline.
Job Responsibility:
Working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion
Exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Education
Managing multiple projects concurrently
Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works
Involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted the stakeholders
Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field
Around one to three years’ experience in design, construction, project management in interior fit-out projects for multinational clients
Strong background in all aspects of interior fit-out management—including management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation
Expertise in surveying a client’s basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals
High level of understanding and technical expertise in business
Well versed in project products, systems, processes, tools and best practices
Capable of handling complex site operations
Great sense of urgency when it comes to solving problems, improving products or services, finding new markets, and implementing new strategies
Resilient and can deal effectively with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Know how to negotiate to generate risk-assessed solutions, and how to handle ambiguities
Capable of leading and motivating project team members
Capable of leading by example and fostering a creative environment
Structured and organised approach with an eye for detail
Tech-savvy

Prior experience in Project Management as a in a D&B environment, or as a Consultant or Contractor
