Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to join a well-regarded multidisciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham. This is a dynamic role offering the successful Assistant Project Manager the chance to work across high-profile sectors such as automotive, R&D, sport, and higher education, supporting the delivery of technically complex and innovative projects.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting project documentation
Producing client reports
Attending and recording meetings
Monitoring contractor progress
Assisting in managing multidisciplinary design teams
Supporting site evaluations and feasibility studies
Helping to develop innovative, practical solutions tailored to client needs
Contributing to business development activities
Helping maintain existing client relationships

Requirements:

Experience within construction or consultancy environments
A degree in a construction-related discipline (preferred but not essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Excellent communication and a collaborative approach
Commercial awareness and a desire to learn and develop professionally
