Job Description:

A respected construction consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join their expanding North West team. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in delivering projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments throughout Greater Manchester. This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to progress their career within a structured and supportive consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in delivering projects across commercial, residential, and public sector developments
Work under guidance of experienced Project Managers
Support project delivery from feasibility through to completion
Assist in preparing key documents
Track project milestones
Liaise with contractors
Attend client meetings

Requirements:

1+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role
Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Progressing towards RICS or APM accreditation
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Familiarity with construction projects in the North West preferred
