Job Description:

A respected property consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of public sector and commercial schemes across the Midlands. The Assistant Project Manager will join a supportive team offering full chartership mentoring. The Assistant Project Manager will gain hands-on experience across all project stages. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager eager to develop in a client-facing role and work towards MRICS or APM status.

Job Responsibility:

Support delivery of projects
Assist with contract administration
Prepare progress reports
Attend meetings
Engage with stakeholders

Requirements:

Relevant construction/project management degree
1-2 years' experience in a consultancy setting
Strong communication and report writing
Keen to progress in a structured environment
Working towards APC
