We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Assistant Project Managers to join our growing team in Darwin. Job Responsibility

  • Support project planning, procurement, and coordination activities
  • Prepare clear and accurate documentation (reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and updates)
  • Track project actions, timelines, and deliverables to maintain momentum
  • Coordinate inputs from consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Contribute to safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery practices
  • Assist with maintaining accurate project records and documentation
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting a wide range of projects and sectors

Requirements

  • 1-4 years' experience in project development, project management, construction
  • Exposure to infrastructure or utilities sector projects is desirable
  • A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
