Job Description:

A forward-thinking Manchester consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. This Assistant Project Manager will support the delivery of projects across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, gaining valuable exposure across the full project lifecycle. The Assistant Project Manager will benefit from close support and structured development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the delivery of projects from inception to completion
  • Support with programme tracking, cost reporting, and risk management
  • Attend client meetings
  • Coordinate stakeholders
  • Contribute to project reporting

Requirements:

  • Prior construction consultancy experience as an Assistant Project Manager
  • Relevant degree
  • Working towards APM, RICS, or similar is preferred
  • Organised
  • Proactive
  • Keen to develop within a consultancy environment
