Job Responsibility:
Support the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion
Assist with project planning
Coordinate stakeholders
Monitor progress against programme
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to quality standards
Prepare reports
Attend client meetings
Liaise with contractors and consultants
Assist with risk management
Assist with procurement processes
Assist with contract administration duties
Requirements:
Prior construction consultancy experience
Degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have:
Progress towards or ambition to achieve professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)
Genuine interest in developing a career as an Assistant Project Manager
