A leading construction project management consultancy based in Central London is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their high-performing team. Job Responsibility:
Assist in the day-to-day management of multiple live projects
Coordinate meetings
Support design development
Contribute to procurement processes
Maintain project documentation
Prepare reports
Support contract administration under JCT forms
Monitor construction progress on site
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Architecture, or Engineering (2:1 preferred)
Up to 2 years’ experience, including internships or placements within the construction sector
Desire to achieve MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent
Organised
Proactive
Confident working within a fast-paced consultancy environment
