Job Description

This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person. The Department of Management & Leadership in the Neeley School of Business at TCU invites nominations and applications for two Assistant Professor of Professional Practice positions. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Teaching 12 credit hours per semester (4-4) at undergraduate and MBA level
  • Providing high-level service to university and discipline
  • Interacting with business leaders
  • Performing other faculty responsibilities
  • Service responsibilities (e.g., membership on university, school, and department committees, curriculum/program development)

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in management or closely related field (or expected completion by August 2026)
  • Earned doctorate
  • Relevant experience in teaching management courses (e.g., organizational behavior, negotiations, business ethics, strategic management)
  • Evidence of a solid track record and excellence in teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels
