The position is for four years, extendable to three additional years, conditional on a positive evaluation. The successful candidate is expected to start as soon as possible in the academic year 2022-23. Collegio Carlo Alberto is a research center and graduate school providing a stimulating multi-disciplinary and friendly environment formed by experienced scientists from Economics, Sociology, Political Science, and Law. Its mission is to foster research and education in the social sciences. English is the operating language of the Collegio.
Job Responsibility:
Develop their research agenda
Join current research projects of the members of the Collegio
Teach and tutor in the track of the Social and Political Science Senior Allievi Program
Teach at the University of Turin in the Department of Culture, Politics, and Society
Play an active role in the academic life of the Collegio throughout the week
Requirements:
PhD degree in a relevant field
Excellent publication record (publications in highly-ranked international journals or prestigious presses) or demonstrate the potential thereof
Work that integrates theory and empirical research
Conversant with scientific methods
Required to reside in Turin or surrounding area
