Job Responsibility
Deliver lectures, tutorials, simulations, and clinical teaching in Emergency Medicine and acute care
Supervise medical students during Emergency Department (ED) postings and clinical rotations
Conduct simulation-based training (BLS, ACLS, trauma management, resuscitation skills)
Develop teaching materials, OSCE stations, assessments, and exam questions
Participate in curriculum development and programme enhancement activities
Mentor students and supervise research projects and academic work
Contribute to research, publications, conferences, and academic development
Support accreditation, faculty administration, and emergency medicine training initiatives
Requirements
Medical degree (MBBS) recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)
Master's degree / specialist qualification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent
Strong decision-making, leadership, communication, and teaching skills
Registered with MMC with valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is highly preferred
National Specialist Register (NSR) in Emergency Medicine is highly preferred
Experience in simulation-based medical education
Active involvement in research and academic publications
Experience with MQA accreditation processes and curriculum design
