We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Product Manager to support the development and enhancement of our AI chatbot software. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives. You will contribute to the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that align with our business goals and customer needs. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in leading the software development project team to ensure timely, quality project delivery
  • Support in devising product development strategies for optimal effectiveness
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
  • Participate in requirement gathering, grooming, and documentation for internal and external teams
  • Support recruitment, orientation, and training of new engineering and product management staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is preferred

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
