Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Apparel experience is preferred
Focus in Knits, Sweaters, Wovens, or Swim categories is a plus
PLM experience required
Ability to act as liaison between many departments: excellent communication and analytic skills
Must be detail oriented, computer literate and able to handle multiple tasks at once
Must be knowledgeable of Google documents & Gmail, Excel, and PLM (or equivalent program)

Job Responsibility

Interface with Design and Fabric team partners to monitor fabric, trim and wash development
owns approval process
Track and access weekly factory production status reports/ approval status report and assess delivery risk as needed
Communicate daily with internal/ external partners regarding style development, production and delivery information
Adhere to the TNA calendar
responsible for all sample tracking and to ensure on-time delivery of all development
Sends out PDM and packages to vendors, tracks delivery
Maintain and organize costing records
Maintain and organize style information records
Own end to end purchase order process with merchants and MOS
