Job Responsibility:
Create and implement end-to-end sourcing strategies for Beauty & Wellbeing portfolios in line with Unilever’s business agenda to deliver high growth performance both topline and bottom-line
Lead the execution of Procurement strategies and all key initiatives related with Superior availability (resilience), Superior Value (cash and cost competitiveness/saving), Quality of materials, Innovations, Sustainability, and Responsible Sourcing Policies
Manage accountably of the materials price forecasting processes through Procurement’s forecasting platform and deliver high forecast accuracy
Manage full cycle of negotiation to contracting for raw materials
Pre-negotiation/tender preparation, negotiation/tender event, final awarding & allocation, and contracting
Supplier management through building a strong partnership programs to ensure reliable supply according to agreed quality and service with compliance to the Responsible Sourcing Policies
Join strategy by working closely and collaboratively with Global Buyer for relevant materials to define the right approaches and strategies for business unit Beauty & Wellbeing Indonesia
Execute and implement the Global Procurement Business Group’s Initiatives and Strategies related with Procurement Light House Strategy into the country Indonesia
Bring external insight in through market & competitor benchmarking analytic and support to CRM/PRM programs
Support business strategies and agendas through working collaboratively with cross function e.g. Marketing, R&D, Planning, Sourcing Unit, and Finance) to deliver key Projects
Support other procurement related day-to-day activities within the scope to ensure smooth and continuous operations
Requirements:
University bachelor's degree with strong stakeholders' management capability
At least 3 years working experiences in supply chain (have experience in procurement will be an advantage)
Negotiation, Objection Management: Ability to find common ground and commercially acceptable solutions, with risk identification and management
Creative Problem Solving: awareness and intervention through the value chain to seek disruptive, impactful solutions
Personal Effectiveness: Strong persistency and directing skill, effective and proven strategic planning, ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, resilient and determined towards success. Calm in the face of ambiguity
A self-starting, curious, and a quick learner and is capable to work under high-pace, high pressure Environment
Strong Analytical, Interpretation and Communication skills: data and information analysis and business presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Good command of English
