Assistant Process Engineering Manager

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance, to implement new processes and technologies
• Monitor process performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for intervention
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for various processes
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies
• Support the training and development of production operators on new and existing processes
• Assist in the selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery
• Contribute to capital expenditure projects, including feasibility studies and project execution

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Proven track record of process optimization and problem-solving
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO)

Experience with project management is a plus
