Job Responsibility:
Contribute to the strategic leadership and development of the school
Support the implementation and evaluation of the school improvement plan
Promote high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement
Lead on key whole-school priorities
Use data effectively to drive improvement and monitor impact
Requirements:
QTS status
Recent experience of working within a Secondary setting and leadership team
A track record of impact in teaching and learning
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
High expectations for staff and students and the ability to inspire others
The ability to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to uphold the highest standards of academic achievement, student behaviour and conduct
