To build capacity and continue driving school improvement, we are seeking to appoint a senior leader with a passion, deep knowledge and strong strategic understanding of Early Years and Key Stage 1. This role is pivotal in securing excellence across the earliest stages of a child's education and shaping the foundations for long-term success. For a suitably qualified and experienced candidate, there will be opportunities to influence practice more widely across the Trust.
Job Responsibility:
Leading Early Years and Key Stage 1
Working closely with a dedicated team across both phases to create an exceptional learning offer
Champion our ambition to secure the highest levels of attainment and progress for all children
Shape practice and establish exceptional learning experiences across EYFS and Key Stage 1
Coach and model exemplary pedagogy across the early phase
Design and implement strategic improvement plans for both EYFS and KS1
Build a culture of collaboration and high-quality CPD
Champion innovation, lead change and think differently
Requirements:
Outstanding EYFS/KS1 practitioner and leader, able to secure excellent progress and attainment through inspiring, innovative practice
