Job Responsibility

  • Collate and analyse information on key performance metrics
  • Assist the Practice Manager(s) with financial management of Groups
  • Support day to day running of Groups
  • Assist Practice Manager(s) with onboarding new joiners including target setting
  • Identify areas where business performance could be improved
  • Work with data to identify patterns, trends and underlying issues
  • Act as Practice Management representative on central projects
  • Undertake ad hoc projects
  • Ensure Groups understand and comply with Corporate Governance and quality standards
  • Help ensure required standards are met/exceeded
  • Handle confidential information in line with data security protocols
  • Understand firm is international and operate as one team
  • Actively operate in best interests of firm
  • Operate in a regulated environment managing risk and compliance
  • Work in partnership to manage commercial risk

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment
  • Good standard of spoken and written English
  • Significant experience in a professional environment, ideally in an operational support role
  • Highly numerate and attention to detail
  • Able to analyse and draw conclusions from financial data
  • Solutions-oriented
  • IT literate with a good command of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build influential relationships at all levels within the firm
  • Flexible in terms of travel
