Job Responsibility
Help manage key customer accounts and day to day operations within DMC Primary Care GP Practices
Support the Practice Manager in all aspects of operational management
Ensure effective and efficient management of the practice
Be the practice Human Resource lead
Ensure optimum and effective operations and systems
Ensure profitability of the practice
Provide guidance to the Practice Manager on NHS developments and legislative changes
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and CQC standards
Ensure practice achieves local and national key performance indicators and targets
