Job Description:

Digital Business Services (DBS) at HSBC provides operational and technical support, improving customer service and efficiency. The role involves payment document processing, adherence to policies and standards, and delivering high-quality services.

Job Responsibility:

To provide high quality payment document checking / processing for foreign currency payments within the specified SLA, and to ensure smooth running of FCY payment daily operations
To comply with the requirement of group policies and standards, procedures and local regulations with prudent manner and risk control sense
To deliver accurate, efficient and high quality services business partners and customers
To complete other responsibilities dependent on process assigned to

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Working experiences in operation is a plus but not a must
Be able to work under pressure with positive attitude, well organized and good time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Logic thinking with attention to details, be independent to solve problems
Ability to understand and interpret numeric data, good Office skill is a plus

Nice to have:
