Job Description:

As an Assistant Pantry at The Ritz-Carlton Oahu Turtle Bay, you will complete closing duties, maintain work areas, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. This role supports the 'Gold Standards' of Ritz-Carlton and emphasizes teamwork and professionalism in delivering luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods and cleaning all equipment and areas
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use
Follow safety and security policies
Respond to guests and maintain positive working relationships
Read and visually verify information
Perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
