We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Assistant Outlet Manager to join our hospitality team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Outlet Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise day-to-day operations, and lead a dedicated front-of-house team.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations across service periods (brunch, lunch, dinner, and drinks) to ensure smooth and efficient service
Motivate, train, and support front-of-house team members to deliver high-quality service standards
Supervise guest service by setting the tone for friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail
Manage reservations, guest queries, and special requests with professionalism and warmth
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Support revenue-driving initiatives and work with management to maximise outlet performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant, hospitality, or premium F&B environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams
A hands-on approach with outstanding organisational skills
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
