We are currently seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager that is well-mannered, visionary, and passionate, who has the ability to develop & maintain an elegantly appointed environment with superior staff dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods, as well as the ability to hire, train, supervise & discipline all outlet staff and the ability to maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.

Requirements

  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language
  • good computer skills
  • college degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Assistant Outlet Assistant Manager
  • minimum 1 year fine dining experience
  • thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising and accounting
