We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager to join a high-end, premium serviced office provider on a confidential basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to step into a leadership role within a luxury environment, working closely with senior management and developing towards a future General Manager position.
Job Responsibility:
Support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a luxury office environment
Deliver exceptional client experience, building strong relationships with high-end customers
Lead, coach, and motivate on-site teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure operational excellence across facilities, suppliers, and service delivery
Handle client queries, coordinate events, and maintain premium service standards
Step into the General Manager role when required, demonstrating leadership and ownership
Requirements:
Previous experience within hospitality, retail, or a premium customer-facing management role
Natural leadership ability with experience coaching or supporting team members
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious and motivated by long-term career development and progression
