Job Description:

Assistant Operations Manager role within International Wealth and Premier Banking, serving 41 million customers globally including retail customers to ultra-high net worth individuals. The role supports the business to deliver exceptional customer journeys and increase efficiency across the global network.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and monitor the performance of onshore and offshore sites with quality output and service turnaround times
Provide coaching as needed including maintaining effective MI
Attend Court Affirmation process
Handle Customer & Official Enquiry
Handle Customer Relations and enquiry
Contribute to the financial control of the department
Manage the Business Recovery Plan, drills and required documentation update
Projects delivery on-time and SMEs released to support change

Requirements:

Subject Matter Expert on banking account servicing and operations
Good capability in coping with large quantity requests and tight deadlines
Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
Attend incident investigation review and remediation meeting when required
Lead projects in operations
Carry out duties independently with minimum supervision
Drive changes, conduct regular process review to improve operational efficiency, process streamlining, and customer experience strategies
