Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Establish a good understanding of the structure and strategy of HBCN and HBCN Digital Business Services
Be equipped with knowledge and know-hows that required during daily process and project management
Deliver desirable work output within timeline as required
Provide strong support and make significant achievements to the team / department
Exhibit satisfied learning curve with benchmarking to batch mates
Evidence of building up health people network with management and colleagues
Effective risk management in compliance with AML/Sanctions/ABC policies and operational risk management requirements
Strong evidence of risk management awareness and proper control and no breach with FCR and risk policies
Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships, providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project / handling work
Manage change and implementation within the department, contributing to benefits realization.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate in 2024/2025
GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
Bachelor or Master degree graduates in any discipline
Chinese nationality
