Job Responsibility:

  • Enforces high patient care standards

  • Conducts employee performance evaluations
  • Works collaboratively with the department director
  • Prepares and directs patient-care assignments based upon patient acuity and competency of available personnel

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with two (2) to three (3) years of work experience with demonstrated leadership potential
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN
  • Basic Life Support - CPR BLS
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS
