NIGHT MANAGER – Be the Hero of the Night Shift   Ready to lead while the city sleeps? We’re looking for a  Assistant Night Manager who can keep the vibe calm, the service sharp, and the guest experience seamless. This role is all about leadership, confidence, and creating mind-blowing service moments our guests will remember.

Job Responsibility

  • Running the show overnight — making sure everything flows, from check-ins to security
  • Handling payments, cash drops, and following audit procedures like a pro
  • Keeping an eagle eye on hotel safety and security — your radar is always on
  • Jumping in where needed: mail, messages, room updates, lost property — all handled fast and with care
  • Being the go-to for guest questions, feedback, or concerns (even the tricky ones)
  • Working with Sales, Reservations, and Housekeeping to keep everyone in sync
  • Coaching and mentoring your night team in absence of the Night Manager — helping others grow lights you up

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a supervisory role within a hotel
  • An up-to-date RSA, Drivers Licence and First Aid Certificate
  • Displays high grooming standards
  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeaner
  • Energising motivation - it’s infectious - no job is too big or too small
  • A passion and a burning desire to be the best in the industry

Nice to have

Familiarity with hotel systems and Marriott standards is a big plus
