Job Description:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment. You’ll partner with our Merchandiser to support planning, trading, and product development initiatives that power our international expansion and elevate partnerships around the world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate Range Plans, updating styles, performance, commitments, cancellations, and pricing
  • Analyse sales and stock data to support trade meetings, planning, and decision‑making
  • Manage intake and gross margin across global ranges, trading the department in line with budget plans
  • Review WSSI, stock, and sales performance regularly, making recommendations and producing stock packages to meet international demand
  • Oversee terminal stock, price changes, promotions, and sale activity across multiple markets
  • Collaborate with Buying, Logistics, Finance, and international teams to build assortments, support budget management, and ensure smooth product flow

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical in thought process
  • Understands the customer and brand
  • Team player & excellent communication skills
  • Experience of allocation and an understanding of stock management
  • Experience of line cards and forecasting
  • Experience and knowledge of updating WSSI
  • Confident in talking through figures in meetings
  • Ability to manage time, prioritising tasks for the week
  • Ability to think ‘outside the box’
  • Candidates should be comfortable adjusting their schedule periodically to overlap with US hours
