Job Description:

Promote brand image internally and externally, encourage guest loyalty, coordinate sales/tours, ensure quality standards, and assist management in training and motivating employees.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Communicate with potential owners to set up sales/tours
Encourage guests to purchase or schedule tours
Explain details and requirements of sales presentations
Verify eligibility requirements for sales/tours
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Receive, record, and relay messages accurately
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
Serve as a role model and first point of contact
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification).
