The Marketing Assistant Manager creates and executes property-level communications to customers, promoting on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels to enhance the hotel's image and build consumer awareness and preference.
Job Responsibility:
Execute property-level communications to customers
Promote on-brand messaging through traditional, digital, and social media channels
Build direct marketing plans and targeted campaigns
Drive consumer awareness and preference
Build partnerships with regional eCommerce and Marketing teams
Execute annual marketing plan to budget
Support Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams with promotions
Manage F&B media schedules and email marketing
Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels
Participate in development of comprehensive PR plan
Coordinate photography for F&B advertising and collateral
Produce property signage and marketing collateral
Requirements:
2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 2 years experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major with no work experience required
Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
