Job Description:

Hang Seng Investment Management Limited (HSVM) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hang Seng Bank Limited, specializing in managing funds and offering investment management services. We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who will support marketing strategy development, campaign management, social media presence, website updates, and event coordination.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen our brand
Assisting in the management of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation for our company LinkedIn
Maintaining and updating our official company website and Tracker Fund website to ensure they are timely updated and monitor the website traffic
Coordinating events, promotional activities, and souvenir production to strengthen our brand presence
Collaborating with cross-functional teams within HSVM to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing initiatives
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, social media accounts and website content
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in website management and content creation in social media (especially LinkedIn)
Analytical skills to assess marketing performance and market trends
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective client servicing
Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
