The Assistant Marketing Manager - Social Media, Brand & Content supports the hotel’s digital presence and brand strategy, managing content and campaigns across social media, websites, OTAs, and CRM platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the hotel’s digital identity, creating engaging content, and supporting the launch of new or renovated properties. The position ensures consistent messaging, guest engagement, and alignment with revenue and brand objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the digital and social media strategy for a new luxury hotel brand, shaping its presence from pre-opening through ongoing operations to express a refined, aspirational, and globally recognized brand identity
Create, curate, and oversee compelling content across social media, digital platforms, and multimedia campaigns, highlighting the hotel’s unique services, experiences, and lifestyle
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across Rooms, F&B, MICE, Spa, and other offerings to drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth
Manage pre-opening initiatives, including website setup, social media launch, and digital campaigns, to generate interest and anticipation ahead of the brand’s debut
Monitor digital performance, analyze engagement metrics, and optimize content and campaigns to maximize visibility, interaction, and business results
Collaborate closely with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to ensure integrated strategies, consistent brand messaging, and high-end guest experiences
Maintain a strong brand voice and identity across all digital channels, ensuring storytelling aligns with the hotel’s global positioning
Monitor social media trends, digital innovations, and best practices in luxury hospitality marketing to enhance the brand’s digital presence
Prepare regular reports on digital performance, KPIs, and campaign results, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
Proven experience in social media management, digital content creation and brand marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English. French is a plus
Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills
Deep knowledge of current digital marketing concepts, trends, and innovations, with the ability to apply them strategically to elevate the brand’s presence
Proficiency in MS Office, social media management tools, and content creation platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
