Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager for the Everyday Partners Growth Squad will support the Marketing Manager/s with the creative and delivery of promotions.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of targeted partner promotional campaigns to drive member engagement across Everyday Rewards
  • Developing and executing targeted promotional campaigns
  • Working closing with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure we are optimising our campaign execution
  • Support e2e campaign management process from brief development, engagement across stakeholders across Creative/ Content, WiQ analysts and Digi channel & email build
  • Support in the regular partner reporting and quarterly steering committee presentations
  • Surfacing up learnings and making recommendations to Marketing Managers, Senior Marketing Manager and the wider team
  • Effectively manage and prioritise stakeholder objectives and support the delivery of the promotional campaigns

Requirements

  • Be data driven, customer obsessed and outcome focused
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams across group, and communicate across multiple levels
  • A deep understanding of what makes a good brief, how to evaluate creative work and how to get the best out of agency, creative and media partnerships
  • Several years marketing experience in a data-led environment
  • Have experience running a programme of creative testing
