As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of co-brand activities across various business categories, focusing on health and wellness
Collaborate with our healthcare marketing squad and key stakeholders to respond to briefs aligned with business objectives
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify new opportunities
Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results
Work closely with the wider Customer Marketing team to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements:
1-2 years of marketing experience, particularly in CRM and email marketing
A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach
Excellent relationship-building, organisational, and communication skills
Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various tasks
Nice to have:
Experience in health and wellness marketing
Familiarity with data analysis and customer insights
