We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager to join Four Seasons Resorts Seychelles in a cluster role supporting both the Mahé and Desroches Island resorts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing, this role blends strategic planning, creative storytelling, and strong coordination skills, ideal for a dynamic communicator who understands luxury hospitality branding and is passionate about delivering consistent, compelling messaging across multiple channels and destinations.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across both resorts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with the resorts’ business objectives
  • Coordinate and create compelling content for digital platforms, print collateral, and on-property communications
  • Lead proactive and creative programs that identify and leverage unique, newsworthy opportunities to elevate the hotel’s presence
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local, regional and international media and influencers to generate consistent coverage
  • Pitch targeted story ideas, organize media visits, coordinate interviews, and host familiarization trips to highlight the hotel’s offerings
  • Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives on time and on brand
  • Support media, influencer, and PR activities, including hosting, coordination, and reporting
  • Monitor trends, campaign results, and brand performance to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in public relations or marketing communications, ideally within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sector
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand narratives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across departments and cultures
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and managing external agencies and vendors
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
