Job Description:

As an Assistant Marketing and Communications Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Palawan Puerto Princesa, you will support sales and marketing efforts, foster guest loyalty, and assist management by leading a team while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours
encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours
explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners
verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling
determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage
perform general office duties, such as filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing
receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely
assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees
act as a role model and assist in maintaining adherence to quality standards
ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience.
