Job Description

Assistant Manager at Lawnton Tavern - a busy community pub in the Pine Rivers region requiring a floor-focused leader for high-volume environment covering bistro, public bar, and gaming operations.

Job Responsibility

Get to know the locals
support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe
learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team
handle hiccups before they become headaches
bring the energy, service, and smiles every shift

Requirements

Manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries)
current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as per state requirements
experience around bar, bistro, or gaming room
supervisory experience
confidence, pride, and people skills
ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
