Job Responsibility:
Running the shift and being responsible for the store in the General Manager's absence
providing exceptional customer service for guests and ensuring effective team deployment
acting as a role model and ambassador for Ole and Steen
driving achievement of sales and other KPI's
providing clear handover during shift changes
demonstrating high standard of bakery and personal presentation
assisting in training and support of team members
opening/closing the store in line with company standards
learning new skills
Requirements:
Friendly and welcoming with an ability to make guests feel at home
already an Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge or a Team Leader or Supervisor looking for the next step in management/leadership career path
experience in hospitality with a drive to perform, positive behaviours and resilience to cope with a fast-paced environment
