What you'll be doing: • Support and develop team members across all areas of the venue • Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and compliance • Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and reconciliation • Work with the Venue Manager to lift performance and strengthen team culture What we're looking for • A genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience • Hands-on leader confident running shifts from the floor • Ability to coach, develop, and lift team performance • Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations • Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays About Hotel Brunswick In the heart of Brunswick Heads, Hotel Brunswick is an iconic pub with a reputation for world-class live music, cold beers, great food and a Front of House team that genuinely loves what they do.
