Job Description:

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role within Circle K, where you will support the Store Manager and lead various store operations. The job emphasizes leadership skills, staff supervision, and achieving high customer service standards while executing the company's food program. Job Responsibility:

Assist the store manager with oversight of the stationstore operations
help with hiring, supervising and working with staff
accomplish daily tasks
bookkeeping and merchandising
maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly customer service
participate in the food program
set an example for staff
execute responsibilities with urgency, patience, and leadership

Requirements:

planning and organizing

cash-handling and bookkeeping

advocating and empathizing
safety and security knowledge
ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

bending at the waist up to one hour per shift
grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands
high school or college degree preferred
