Job Description:

We’re the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. In every restaurant, you’ll find talented Assistant Managers who work with the General Manager and share the responsibility for the success of the restaurant’s results.

Job Responsibility:

Lead, inspire and coach teams to ensure restaurant profitability
Optimise all sales opportunities
Deliver excellent level of customer service
Demonstrate leadership, coaching and direction
Bring company values to life for team and customers
Responsible for Shift Managers and Crew
Supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
Provide an “above and beyond” experience for your team
Create an awesome working environment
Ensure every customer is delighted with their order and their Five Guys experience
Deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way
Be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers
Support your General Manager and delivering store results
Have full ownership of your P&L
Drive sales whilst controlling costs
Run smooth day to day operations
Think about long term plans
Always lead with our values
Develop your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline

Requirements:

Experienced hands-on leadership skills
Enthusiasm about perfect burgers and fries
