Job Description:

Assistant Manager position at Circle K in St. Paul, Minnesota. Responsibilities include team and operational leadership, customer service excellence, and food program execution. Seeking candidates with leadership experience and retail or management background.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of operations
Hire, supervise, and manage staff
Maintain daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
Provide fast and friendly service
Execute the store's food program
Ensure safety and security
Display leadership and urgency.

Requirements:

Leadership experience
Retail experience
Supervisor or management experience
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
Experience handling food
Strong communication skills
Planning and organizing
Problem solving
Physically able to stand or walk for extended hours, lift and carry weights up to 60 pounds, and perform other physical tasks.
