Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience
Train, coach and motivate the team – you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management
Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business
Requirements:
Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
Ability to multi-task in a busy, hands-on environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude, solution-focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
A passion for sport, community and energy that’s contagious
