We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the Catering & Hospitality sector. Job Responsibility:
Support the Manager in overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a well-coordinated workforce
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary products
Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and initiatives
Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and cost control measures
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the Catering & Hospitality industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to hospitality environments
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required
Basic IT skills and familiarity with scheduling and POS systems are advantageous
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related fields are desirable but not essential
