Redcape Hospitality is looking for an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at Saltwater Creek Hotel. This role suits someone who leads from the front, takes pride in running strong shifts, and wants to build their career in a fast-paced, high-volume venue where strong operators are developed and promoted from within.
Job Responsibility:
Support and develop team members across all areas of the venue
Maintain high standards across service, presentation, and compliance
Manage cash handling, daily reporting, and reconciliation
Work with the Venue Manager to lift performance and strengthen team culture
Requirements:
A genuine interest in hospitality and customer experience
Hands-on leader confident running shifts from the floor
Ability to coach, develop, and lift team performance
Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations
RSA / RSG required
RMLV and Approved Manager licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Nice to have:
RMLV and Approved Manager licence
