Support your Venue Managers and the collective Leadership Team in daily venue operations and venue compliance

Requirements:
Previous managerial/leadership experience in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year in the same or similar role)
Passionate about customer experience and high standards of customer service

Possess a current/valid RSA, RCG & ARCG, (or willingness to obtain) the confidence to act on these requirements coupled with a strong compliance mindset
