Job Description:

Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Raleigh location. The role involves supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, managing staff, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards. It offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the store operations
hire, supervise, and work with the staff to accomplish daily tasks
bookkeeping and merchandising
maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers
execute the food program
display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership
provide regular onsite attendance

Requirements:

Flexible availability
ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour in a shift
ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
High School/College Degree(s) preferred
retail experience
supervisor or management experience
recruiting, hiring, and interviewing skills
experience handling food
